Craig Young is a licensed real estate sales associate with Young United Realty. This website and text messaging program are operated by Home Value Go, a d/b/a of CAY Enterprise, LLC.

These terms apply to the website and text messaging program operated by Home Value Go ("we," "us"), a d/b/a of CAY Enterprise, LLC, on behalf of Craig Young, Young United Realty. By using this site or our text messaging program, you agree to these terms.

1. SMS program description

Program name: Home Value Go Texts.

When you text the keyword HOME to (954) 766-0109, or scan our QR code and send the pre-filled message, you opt in to receive recurring automated text messages from Home Value Go on behalf of Craig Young, Young United Realty, at the number you texted from. Messages include your requested home value estimate, a few questions about your property and plans, appointment scheduling, and appointment reminders. Some messages are sent by an automated assistant on Craig's behalf.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

2. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

3. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT). You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again by texting HOME.

5. Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; availability may vary.

Home value estimates are informational opinions of value and are not appraisals. They should not be relied on for lending, tax or legal purposes.
